Does RezCue Help With Rent Stabilized and Rent Controlled Apartments?
The Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act applies to all residential rental apartments. If you have a rent stabilized or rent controlled apartment there are additional requirements. Right now, RezCue is specifically designed for all free market units across New York State.
Does RezCue generate the documents I need?
We’re working on it! RezCue lets you know what you have to do by when so you don’t miss a deadline and stay in compliance with the law. We’re already planning on generating documents in the future. Once developed, this feature will be available to all paid users at no additional cost!
How much does it cost?
Rezcue is $50/lease. Volume pricing is available per request.
